Kathleen A. Taddie, M.A., is a leadership development coach with the David Freeman Consulting Group. For over twenty-five years, she has driven revenue with individual lawyers, in practice and industry groups, and for legal and corporate leaders in the following areas:

Leadership Development, Coaching, and Mentoring - Develop practice groups, coach leaders, stimulate cross-selling, enhance team-building, improve communication, drive implementation, and design and implement group and firm-level plans

  • For twelve years, held positions of Director of Practice Administration, Director of Client Services and Business Development, and Director of Quality for an AMLAW 200 firm
  • Designed, directed, and implemented an “Institute for Excellence” for a former governor of Arizona
  • Director of Corporate Education for Sales and Marketing World-wide for one of the largest privately held companies in the U.S.
  • Director of Quality Improvement for award winning company that received the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award
  • Best Practices Awards for motivating and retaining employees and for exceeding customer satisfaction “Best Places to Work”
